With 10 years of one-to-one teaching and a background in theatre directing, I specialize in making language *dynamic*: clear pronunciation, persuasive speaking, and the joy of storytelling. I started on italki as a student, learning foreign languages, so I know how valuable online sessions with a good teacher can be. I am an enthusiastic and encouraging teacher. I offer a few different lessons: structured lessons at pre-intermediate and intermediate levels, for you to learn the language and practise your skills; conversation practice, where we focus on building your confidence and fluency in natural conversation; presentation/interview practice, tailored to prepare you for a professional or academic goal; and, for upper intermediate and beyond, I welcome you into my personal passions in English, by offering classes on Shakespeare and modern English theatre.
