Hi, I'm Dameon, or you can call me Day. I've been teaching English for 18 years, covering grammar, conversation, business English, and IELTS. My teaching style is confident, kind, and patient, creating a supportive learning environment. I'm passionate about helping students improve, and if you're looking to boost your English skills, I'd love to help. Teaching is my passion, and I’ve been doing it for 15 years in Thailand, working with students from elementary level to PhD candidates. I discovered my love for teaching when I was invited to help at a local school, and before I knew it, I had caught the teaching bug!
I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in English and completed a TEFL/TESOL qualification to refine my skills. I started teaching at a high school before going freelance, which allowed me to teach at universities across Southeast Asia.บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
My teaching style is kind, patient, and supportive. I love helping students understand English by explaining concepts clearly with examples and rules. I have a strong grasp of grammar and can simplify complex topics. As an IELTS specialist, I’ve helped many students improve their skills and achieve higher band scores. My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they want to focus on grammar, conversation, business English, or exam preparation. Dameon was helping me to prepare for IELTS and this was the best learning experience I ever had. We both worked hard to improve my Speaking and Writing skills, and I’ve got many useful insights on how to tackle Listening and Reading sections. As the result, after ~20 lessons I increased my band score by 1.5 in each section. I’ve got 7.5 overall band score on my IELTS, although I targeted 6.5 (and in my previous test I got only 6). I would highly recommend Dameon to anyone, even if not for IELTS preparation because of how capable he is as a teacher.

Dameon is an amazing English teacher, I had 20 classes with him to improve my IELTS speaking, and I definitely can say he is the best teacher I've known. He has experience in the topic, he helps with the answers giving you tons of examples. He is also a nice and outgoing guy, he is really friendly and make the classes a piece of cake !!!
