Another great lesson with Liliana! I appreciate the mix of conversation along with learning new ways to improve how I express myself in Spanish, along with being able to work on some of the grammar I want to improve upon.

Liliana always knows when to switch to English to explain difficult concepts quickly and easily, so the conversation doesn't lose flow and become too complicated to follow. Of course, she always switches back to Spanish as soon as we're past the difficult part of the conversation.

Lily is a great teacher! I took some lessons about a year ago with Lily and had to stop them due to my work schedule, but recently started up again. If you’re looking for a Spanish teacher who is patient, kind, knowledgeable and supportive, look no further! Lily understands how difficult it is to learn another language and allows you to make mistakes, answers any questions you might have, and helps you learn by addressing all of the language learning targets: reading, speaking, listening and writing. You won’t be disappointed!

Another great lesson with Liliana. I was excited to review some grammar concepts I'd been struggling with and it was so nice to find more clarity! Plus, learned new words as we conversed. Liliana was prepared for the lesson, had a clear way of presenting the different uses, and had some helpful homework ready for me if I wanted to practice ahead of our next lesson (which I do!). One last thing I'll say -- I've had other Spanish teachers, including in person, but working with Liliana has felt much more fun and useful when working on grammar, instead of rote memorization and grammar drills. We keep connecting back to useful contexts/uses in my own life and when I bring up times I wasn't sure how to say something, she shows me how it fits within the different use cases. I'd highly recommend Liliana whether you're just wanting conversational practice or if you want some grammar support, too!
