In China, I taught foreign adults and children Chinese and organized culture activities in a Chinese training school. I also worked in an international kindergarten and primary school in Europe, I taught them mathmatics, science, art and other subjects in Chinese. students who have lessons with me every week can join our monthly challenge and finish the most exercises with accuracy rate over 60% with manual review and correction within 48 hours, 1/5 students will win a lesson at the end of the month
personal suggestions:
1. set up a deadline for your milestones
2. twice a week for beginners at least, once a week for intermediate

As for adults:
we can have conversational lessons on different topics.
we can have spoken Chinese lessons from the very begining.
we can have HSK lessons if you want to take the exam
we can have reading and writing lessons about Chinese characters.
As for children:
3-6: develop their intelligence(observation, attention, memory, thinking, imagination)
we can work together to help them with different materials
6-9: Improve specialty in languages, science, art, music, mathmatics and so on
we can also work on Chinese(reading), mathmatics(exercises), art(draw&handcraft)

Emma has been teaching our daughter Mandarin for one year and we couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s improvement. Our daughter Olivia is 5yo and she has had several chinese teachers from italki as well as in person private teachers. None of them have been as good as Emma. Olivia is speaking mandarin fluently thanks to Emma.
She is extremely patient and playful during her lessons and allows our daughter to express herself while introducing new vocabulary in their conversations. Emma’s approach with our daughter is very organic making the lessons engaging and very fun. The application Emma uses is much better than Zoom and most other platforms here in the US.
We have complete confidence in Emma’s teaching skills and the results are impressive. Most importantly our daughter has developed a very strong bond with Emma which makes her excited for her lessons.
We highly recommend her!

My 8 year daughter has learned so much in her classes with Emma. She paces the class just right so Kylie is challenged but not overwhelmed and she takes time to provide feedback so that we can course correct approach which I find very helpful. So many other classes a student just read from a text book but in her classes Emma asks questions and gets the student to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. She is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found her as a Chinese tutor for my daughter. She is goal oriented and simply amazing!!
