Saki さき

Saki-sensei is wonderful and patient teacher perfect for both just beginning the journey in learning the language or like me who wants to expand the capabilities. I wanted to be able to more comfortable speaking the Japanese and Saki-sensei help me tremendously be explaining the proper/correct grammar, how to pronounce correctly or how to use correct accent. I more than thankful for her help and would recommend Saki-sensei to everyone who wants to learn Japanese.

Saki sensei is such an amazing teacher! She is super kind, patient, and supportive 💖 She’s always prepared for the lessons and very punctual 😸 Since I started taking classes with her my speaking abilities have improved a lot because she teaches me the most natural way to express my ideas, and she always waits patiently for me to finish my sentences and try my best 🥰 Also, she speaks very clearly and at a pace that is not too fast for me, which is perfect since comprehension is my biggest weakness in Japanese 🙈 Now that I’m studying Kanji, she writes every new vocabulary word in Kana and Kanji. This definitely helps me with understanding the meaning of new words that I’m learning and memorizing the readings much better 💖 I’m so happy that I found Saki sensei, and I truly recommend her classes to anyone who is learning Japanese! 🇯🇵💖 サキひめ、本当にありがとう❣️

I have taken multiple lessons with Saki now and, as a language teacher myself, can absolutely recommend her for great conversation practice and grammar explanations. She is very attentive, interested and takes great care of talking about the topics that you want to discuss together. I prepared with her together for my stay in Japan and discussed many daily life topics as well as my personal interests. She helps with vocabulary and common phrases that you can use and corrects if asked. That makes it easy to try to form your own sentences and try out new grammar structures. I hope I will have more time in the future to take lessons with her!

My first lesson with Saki-sensei was great! She is very kind and easy to talk to. The conversation felt natural and fun. She spoke clearly, so I could understand almost everything, and she explained things patiently when I didn’t. She was attentive and encouraging. The time went by so fast, and I’m already looking forward to our next lesson!

Great lesson with Saki! We reviewed the workbook pages that I did. After that, we went back and practiced some of the grammar from lesson 10. It was good to review those topics. Saki explains things very well and also answered all of my questions!

She seamlessly blends textbook instruction with natural conversation, all while providing timely and appropriate feedback to ensure that your Japanese sounds natural without inhibiting the flow of the lesson. While being very knowledgeable, she also quickly researches any grammatical or usage questions you may have to provide a "why" and help you develop a strong foundation in Japanese that goes beyond what a textbook could teach. I would recommend her lessons to any student of any level without hesitation.
