Hello! My name is Erik, and I’m a native Swedish speaker from Sweden, currently living in Thailand. I have been teaching Swedish and English online and in person since 2019, helping students of all ages and levels reach their language goals.
With a TEFL certificate and a strong background in education, management, and customer service, I bring patience, structure, and clear communication to every lesson. My teaching style is practical and adaptable—I focus on real-life language skills, cultural insights, and personalized lessons that fit your needs, whether you want to improve conversation, prepare for exams, or learn Swedish for work.

I am very satisfied with my teacher. He always tries to give me real-life examples so I can understand better and remember the lessons more easily.
His teaching style is simple and easy to follow, which helps me feel more confident when speaking Swedish. He is always patient and explains everything as many times as needed.

I’m really happy that I found Erik on italki! He is a very kind, patient and professional teacher. I am learning Swedish and he always explains everything clearly and in a simple way, so I never feel stressed during the lesson.
He helps me improve my speaking step by step and he always corrects me in a friendly way that makes me feel more confident. Every lesson is interesting, relaxed and very helpful.
