Hello! My name is Zrinka, a multilingual language student from Zagreb, Croatia. I’m currently in my final year of studying Russian and English at university, combining academic training with a friendly, supportive teaching style.
I’ve learned several languages from scratch, so I understand the challenges of speaking with confidence and sounding natural. My lessons focus on conversation, clear communication, and useful vocabulary, always adapted to your goals and interests.
I’m also self-studying Korean and Japanese, I love cats, film photography, movies, reading and swimming.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I’ve loved teaching languages since childhood, and that passion later became my academic path. I’m formally trained in language studies, currently completing my final year of university in Russian and English, where I’ve learned structured approaches to language acquisition, communication, and teaching.
I also come from a family of teachers, and I’ve learned a great deal from both my professors and my own experience learning languages independently. This allows me to combine academic knowledge with empathy for language learners.

I have the patience of a saint, so you never need to worry about making mistakes! I’m a trained language student, and I focus on helping you speak confidently while understanding grammar until it clicks. My lessons are fun, practical, and centered on real conversation, though we can also work with formal or written English and Croatian.
Homework is flexible—you choose your pace. I have as much material as you want and have time for!

I have been learning Croatian with Zrinka for about 4 months now and have nothing but good things to say. She has not only been an incredible teacher, but also a great resource for Croatian culture and history. She is very passionate about teaching and has been patient with me and my progress. Her lessons are engaging, and she is good at finding common interests and incorporating them into our lessons. For example, we both enjoy films, so some of our vocabulary and sentence creation have been based around that topic. She will match your pace and supplement lessons with real-world material, which has been very helpful to me with contextualizing the language. I would 110% recommend her to anyone trying to learn Croatian.

Her one-on-one sessions are wonderful and she always weaves in modern cultural themes alongside the book, making everything feel so relevant and real. Honestly a 10 out of 10, I couldn't recommend her more.

I really enjoy my English lessons. Zrinka is very kind, patient, and supportive. She always explains everything clearly and is able to give helpful advice whenever I need it.
I especially appreciate how she focuses on grammar and makes sure I truly understand it. She also uses a variety of materials to help me expand my vocabulary, which makes the lessons interesting and effective.
Since I started learning with her, I can clearly feel my progress and I feel more confident when using English. I’m very grateful for her approach and support. Thank you :)
