⭐Hiroya (ひろや)⭐

Hiroya-sensei is exactly the kind of teacher I was hoping to choose for my primary goal of having someone to listen to me speak Japanese and converse with me on an adult level. He is charming, fun, a great listener, and an excellent conversationalist, just the ticket for me!

Great first lesson. He was very responsive to my situation and I'll continue with more lessons!

Had a fun conversation lesson with Hiroya-san. I am getting back into japanese and I had a lot of fun getting used to speaking again. He has a good balance of keeping the conversation flowing and letting me figure my way out on what I’d like to say. Highly recommend!

It was exactly what I wanted. Just conversation practice where I got to fully converse in Japanese. He helped me whenever I made mistakes when speaking and taught me new words all while only speaking Japanese. Just what I was looking for.

Talking to Hiroya was very enjoyable as his personality and demanour is very friendly, making him easy to talk to. Not only was I very comfortable, but he also corrected me where necessary in a respectful way. Would love to have a lesson with him again and would easily recommend him to others!

Hiroya provided good feedback both oral and written. He did not interrupt me to provide corrections but waited till I was finished. He maintained a friendly, interested demeanour during the lesson.
