Hello! I’m Katya, a Russian native speaker with 7 years of teaching experience. I believe learning a language should be both effective and enjoyable, so my lessons are always interactive and student-focused.
I teach children and adults of all levels, helping each student reach their personal goals—whether you want to improve conversation skills, prepare for work, learn Russian for travel, or focus on personal growth, I’ll be happy to guide you.

Depending on your learning goals, we can focus on speaking, reading, grammar, pronunciation, writing, test preparation, and more. Each lesson is designed to help you grow your vocabulary and feel more confident using Russian in real-life situations.
I use a variety of materials—presentations, textbooks, flashcards, PDFs, and more—to keep lessons engaging and effective.
If you make a mistake or don't know a word, I’ll write the correct version with stress marks and, if needed, a translation.

Несмотря на то что я, к сожалению, опоздал на занятие, я успел присоединиться к поистине блестящему уроку русского языка. Преподаватель катя обладает особым талантом делать язык живым и понятным. Даже та часть занятия, которую я застал, была невероятно полезной и увлекательной. Большое спасибо!

There are very few teachers that I can recommend as highly as I recommend Katya. Every single class she is positive, enthusiastic, and understanding of mistakes.
