Hello! My name is Nicole, and my Chinese name is 梅琳。I have a bachelor's degree in Chinese and International Business, and a TEFL certificate from the International TEFL Academy. I love talking about travel, studying languages, current world events, and learning more about your home country (while also teaching you about my home!). My hobbies include studying languages, watching Korean and Chinese shows, photography, and travel.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I will do my best to make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed during our lesson. I know that speaking a foreign language- especially with a native - makes a lot of students nervous. But, I'm here to help guide you to your language learning goals, and our lessons are judgement-free zones! :) I like to teach real English that you will use in your daily life, and I provide various learning materials depending on your level and how much you want to be challenged.บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
In our first lesson, I will assess your English level and ask you about how you usually study English, which methods you believe work best for you, and what you struggle with the most. I will make future lessons fit your needs to help you achieve your goals whether they are personal or academic. I have studied a few languages myself, so I know that many people (include myself) are shy when speaking to natives. I will make sure that you feel comfortable not only speaking English, but making mistakes. That is the best way to learn!

Nicole is a nice person and very easy to have a conversation with. She assessed my English skills and encouraged me to speak with more confidence. We talked about current events and topics centered around covid-19 and she gave her opinions too and kept the conversation going. You should definitely give Nicole a try if you're looking to improve your conversational skills!

It’s good to be back and have lessons with Nicole again 🥰🥰💙 I’m still working on improving my spelling with her guidance, today I’ve sent her a list of words that I misspelled and she pointed out the patterns in them so we can work to avoid those mistakes.
