I’m a native English speaker from the UK. Outside of teaching, I’m a lifelong guitar player and a bit of a nerd when it comes to the science of language acquisition. Having reached fluency in a foreign language myself, I love applying what I’ve learned about how the brain picks up languages to my own lessons. I’m currently exploring Spanish and Japanese, and I’m always looking for the most efficient, natural ways to help my students find their own path to fluency.

My approach is all about "Natural Acquisition" rather than forced memorisation. I prefer to base my lessons around stories, interesting dialogues, and describing pictures—the same methods that I've found to be effective in my own language learning journey.
