Sai was perfect. But internet connection was unstable. Most of the time we had to restart our connection. Internet connection at home was perfect and stable. So the only reason must be some italki updates. This is not an isolated situation. It has happened several times. So I paid for the 45 min and I spent 15-20 minutes dealing with the connection. :-(
