Kevin

It is a pleasure to work with Kévin. At present my level of French is relatively high and his way of integrating filler words, useful expressions, and the more ‘French way’ of saying something is bringing my ability from a more strictly formal way of speaking into a well rounded speaker. He is very clever in his use of integrating new expressions and gives clear explanations in a playful manner which facilitates quick learning. I would highly recommend him to anyone; you will improve your French in a well rounded way and speak more naturally. An added plus is that Kévin is a cool guy and pleasure to talk to.

Kevin is excellent at pointing out which mistakes matter and teaching in a way that actually contributes to your progression in French. He is personable, fun, and does a fantastic job of creating a welcoming environment that encourages you to open up and converse. He's quite good at revisiting old concepts and having you practice them again when you least expect it, which definitely helps retain the information better than in other classes (where an instructor might correct you but never revisit said correction later). Conversations always seem to flow easily during a class with Kevin, which is remarkable considering how shy I am when speaking French! He is great at easing you into casual conversations while subtly turning them into learning opportunities. I can't recommend Kevin enough as an instructor to whom you'll feel comfortable returning again and again!

It's a genuine delight to take French lessons with Kevin. He is personable, responsive and very fun! When we started out taking lessons with Kevin we had some very patchy grammar (after mainly teaching ourselves via audio courses, comic books and cartoons), and six lessons in the improvement is already remarkable. Highly recommended!

Kevin is an excellent teacher for all levels. He is friendly and encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone looking to study French!
