My lessons are absolutely student focused: transmitting calm, celebrating successes and making see that mistakes are normal and with time and patience they will be overcome. You are paying for a very high quality session and that is what you will get. Berna was superb in making the student feel encouraged and excited about learning Spanish. He had a gentle way to lead on the conversation and feel comfortable and curious about the language.
