Language has always been more than a subject to me — it’s culture, identity, and connection.
I’ve been teaching English online for over 6 years, working with learners from many countries and backgrounds. Over time, I noticed the same pattern: students understood English well, but still felt blocked when it came to speaking naturally.
That curiosity led me to focus on how fluency actually develops in real life — through meaningful input, emotional connection, and consistent use — not memorization or shortcuts. That philosophy shapes everything I do as a teacher.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I’m a calm, thoughtful, and highly conversational teacher. I don’t rush lessons or overload students with rules. Instead, I help you understand why English works the way it does, so you can use it with confidence.
I work best with intermediate and advanced learners who want to express themselves clearly, think in English, and feel more at home using the language. I value patience, curiosity, and long-term growth over quick results.

Lessons are built around real conversation, relevant topics, and your personal goals. Grammar is taught through use and patterns, not drills. Vocabulary comes from your interests, work, and daily life.
We focus on speaking with clarity, developing confidence, and reducing overthinking. You’ll practice responding naturally, not reciting prepared answers.

Private Adult ESL TutorFor four years, I worked as a private ESL tutor for adults who were moving from other countries to the United States for education and secular work opportunities. Many of these ones had a basic level of English, so to assist them with the transition to a new country, they were assigned to work with a tutor to improve their skills in basic communication and pronunciation.

I had a really great time with Lawrence. He's very friendly, smiley and joyful! He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while speaking a new language. Also, he's very prepared on the topic of learning a new language. He has a method that makes you progress fast along your journey of acquiring a new language. Lawrence is super supportive and genuinely fun to talk to. He creates such a comfortable atmosphere that you’re not afraid to make mistakes or just speak freely.
