I’m Maria, and I’ve been teaching European Portuguese online for 5 years now. I also have a podcast where I speak super slowly to help beginners practice listening. I truly believe that the best way to learn a language is by talking, so my lessons are all about getting you to speak from day one.

I absolutely loved class with Maria! Her classes are conversational and it's a great way to help tie together everything you've learned throughout the week! I really surprised myself with all of the sentences I was able to come up with on the spot with her. I'm so excited that I found her!
