I used to teach English in high schools, so I know how to treat students fairly, especially when they don't know how to improve themselves. I learned Japanese from a beginner level to a proficient level by myself, so I know learning language is supposed to be a free and easy process, which would be the key success factor. In other words, there is no standard style that can fit everyone. As long as the student feels easy and fun about the language learning, it would work perfectly. Mr. Pan puts a lot of work into his lessons! He is helping me understand the logic behind the grammar rather than just memorizing arbitrary rules. He is also full of energy and really wants me to succeed. I can definitely recommend.
