Mutsue

This was my first ever lesson on this platform and I didn't know what to expect however I was pleasantly surprised that Mutsue San was early and knew exactly what she was doing. This was my trial lesson, and based on it I decided to pursue further lessons with Mutsue San and she requires Genki 1 2nd edition for beginners such as myself. I've studied Japanese for 3 months on Duolingo and I'm ready to transition to a professional teacher which Mutsue San is. I'm super excited and highly recommend Mutsue San because I've studied foreign languages before and this is the exact format of what I've used to learn a foreign language fluently, one on one with a professional teacher. Mutsue was awesome as always! She has a gift for asking the right questions to keep me talking so I can practice conversation! She helps me out when I get totally stuck, but she gives me time to try to figure out how to say it myself first. I’ve only had two lessons with her, but I feel my conversation ability is already getting better!

Sensei was super supportive and kept speaking in japanese to motivate me to do the same but explaining all the words she new were dificult so I could fully understand her. She also gave me feedback and help me correct the phrases I was having problem with, I super recomend her class 🙏🏻

いつもいつも楽しかった。 Mutsue san always prepare materials for our lesson so we never ran out of topics to talk about. I already took almost 10 classes with her and already purchased for more in the future. I really recommend taking class with Mutsue san. ありがとう！

Pleasant conversation! I enjoyed my time with Mutsue-san. We spent most of the time talking about my upcoming trip, and she was able to help me practice basic conversation skills. It's helped me to feel better about my ability to speak when we travel later this year.
