Hi, I'm Saori. I live in Aichi, Japan but originally from Tochigi. I have lived in Germany for 3 years and India for 4 years. I have always enjoyed learning new cultures and talking to people, I have never met. My hobbies are traveling and karaoke. I have a 3-year-old son and I love going for a walk with him enjoying what he's found on the way. He always shows me the new perspective to the world.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I am a native speaker who enjoys teaching spoken Japanese. I haven't taught Japanese in a classroom set up to adults, but have been a teacher with a Japanese elementary school. I love to answer language questions from my friends who are learning Japanese as a foreign language. Sometimes when I don't know the answer, I try to find them from the internet or a book. This attitude towards language learning will surely work well in my lesson. My lessons are mainly based on daily conversation topics. I’d like you to talk in Japanese as much as possible, from my first lesson itself. From my English learning experience, I personally believe that talking in the new language you are learning on a daily basis helps to keep a space for it in your brain all the time. This makes it much easier for us to speak and leads to fluency. We feel more confident to join a conversation among natives. So join my lesson, and let’s talk about various topics whatever you are interested in, they could be routines, hobbies, beauty, food, weather, Japan, etc. We can also read and discuss a news article or a book together. Another fantastic lesson with Saori! It's always a lot of fun chatting with her; it feels more like a chat with a friend than a lesson. After I try and say something, she'll correct me or teach me the right word to use, and sometimes other things as well. Actually, this lesson she taught me あったかい was usually just used when speaking and 暖かい is often used for writing (although her keyboard also showed the right kanji for あったかい so the jury's still out :P).
I don't think there's anything I'd change about her lessons!
