Hello! My name is Grace, and I am a native English speaker and tutor from Kentucky, USA. (Yes, like the fried chicken!) I am a senior in college pursuing a B.A. in English Literature, with minors in Chinese Studies and East Asian Studies.
I’ve traveled to seven foreign countries and studied abroad in two – South Korea and Japan. When I'm not teaching or on a plane, you can find me embroidering a pair of jeans, listening to music, or playing cello. I look forward to being your English teacher and tutor!ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
You will find that I am an enthusiastic, focused, and happy teacher! I love helping my students achieve their language-learning goals and connecting with others from different cultures.
In the summer and winter, I work as a Substitute Instructional Assistant at several local elementary schools; I also have experience working with Special ED and EBD students. I also work as an in-person tutor for international students during the school year! I have experience teaching vocabulary and grammar, helping with homework, and practicing conversational English with my students. My lessons utilize a structured curriculum where students are sent lesson materials (such as a YouTube video) in advance, and we discuss the content in class with worksheets! I do not do test prep, and all lessons are held in English.
I offer three different courses for students, excluding trial lessons, in order to help people gain the specific practice they are looking for. These courses allow students to focus on conversational skills, pronunciation skills, and professional English grammar. I communicate with my students about their learning style (visual, auditorial, hands-on, etc.) in order to create fun and educational lessons!สื่อการสอนของฉัน

Grace always provides detailed explanations for the grammar or vocabulary I struggle with, and it's clear that she puts a lot of effort into preparing the lesson materials. I really enjoy learning with her. For me, it's like having a conversation with a friend, whenever I have any English-related questions, she’s always happy to help and resolve them. I truly appreciate her dedication and approach to teaching.
