I am a native Tamil speaker and Certified Teacher with more than 8 years' experience. I specialize in English, Tamil, Hindi teaching non-native speakers, absolute beginners, kids and adults. If you are interested in improving your conversational skills, reading, writing, pronunciation and vocabulary building then you are at the right place.
I provide structured lesson plans to my students and use different modules and learning materials based on your levels. The lessons will be customized based on students' needs and requirements.

My teaching methodology is based on communicative language teaching (CLT), which emphasizes interaction and communication as the main goals of language learning. I use a variety of activities such as worksheets, storytelling, games, quizzes, presentations etc., to engage my students in meaningful language use.

Super fun lesson! Bhavani provides the perfect amount of Tamil immersion, throwing me the English life-preserver when needed :) The lesson was perfectly paced with conversation flowing freely. She often taught me how to say things more naturally, which I appreciated. Bhavani was able to clear up all of my vocabulary/grammar doubts! Will definitely meet again.

This was my first lesson with Bhavani and it was very worthwhile. I’m a native Tamil speaker trying to improve my speaking ability and she used a mix of quizzes and materials to gauge my current speaking ability and understand where to continue our lessons moving forward.
