I have a TESOL certificate and have been mentoring and tutoring for 3 years now. My tutoring lessons happen in a setting of a classroom with over 40 students with success and great interaction. With each student there is a specific way in which they understand a concept better, so my aim is to get to know which method works best for which student in particular.
