After almost 30 lessons with Joana I can say with confidence that Joana is a phenomenal teacher. Her English is great so communication is very easy. I feel very comfortable speaking, expressing myself and making mistakes, she creates a very positive environment for teaching. She is intelligent, patient, calm and overall a great person. Each time I look forward to my lesson knowing I will learn something new and be in good company. Obrigado Joana, 10/10 recommend.

Joana is a wonderful teacher. She is very relaxed and I enjoy talking about traveling with her. She is very easy to talk to and she helps correct my Portuguese. She tailors the lessons to you and even provides homework and notes if wanted.

I am a beginner Portuguese learner and I really struggle to speak but Joanna has made it feel very easy! She also speaks phenomenal English so it's easy to ask anything I need in English. I really recommend taking a class with her!
