Since my highschool and university period, I have been teaching Turkish language and other social sciences such as History, Geography, Philosophy to both Turkish and foreign students. However, teaching Turkish to foreigners attracted me and I dedicated myself to teaching Turkish as foreign language. That's why I'm a passionate teacher. I am also disciplined and funny teacher. I give confidence to my students. Sincerity is very important to me. I am always there for my students and ready to help.

My aim is to teach the philosophy and logic of language. While teaching the language, I also make etymological and historical explanations. My students appreciate me for explaining it all in a funny way.
My lesson length is one hour. For the first 10 minutes, we talk about daily topics and play word games to prepare the student for the lesson. Then, I briefly remind the students of the last lesson's topic - it also lasts ten minutes, and we learn a new grammar structure, do reading and listening activities for the remaining 40 minutes. I love this teacher! Every lesson is engaging and I have a lot of fun, he makes me comfortable but he also challenges me which is very good and hard to do in my opinion. I can't wait for our next lesson!

Efkan has an incredibly efficient teaching method! Maybe the best method ever! I just realized it because I'm currently working on a research project in which I find myself able to deal with some complicated historical materials independently. Given that I started learning Turkish with Efkan as a beginner 3 months ago, I think it's the best proof of how much I've benefited from his lessons so far ! 🤗
