After a long hiatus I’m back to learning Brazilian Portuguese and looking forward to learning with Yanna! She has a great variety of methods and tools to encourage learning at every facet which is great to see. Looking forward to the next lesson already 😊

I have been taking Portuguese classes with Yanna for a couple months after graduating from university. She is truly an amazing teacher! She is patient, fun, and engaging with her students. I always come to class excited to speak with her and participate in her classes. One of my favorite things about her class is her willingness to correct me on my pronunciation and grammar. I really really appreciate her corrections, as they are done quickly and effectively, and I learn how to fix my mistakes instead of repeating them. I highly recommend Yanna to anyone learning Portuguese! :)

Really enjoyed my lesson, what I think is great are the interesting and engaging questions that Yanna comes up with for example ‘What is the relation between habits and culture?’

Yanna is one of the best teachers I've found for Portuguese, or any other language. Her classes strike the perfect balance between teaching new vocabulary and grammar and getting the student to talk and apply what they're learning. Especially as someone coming to Portuguese from Spanish, I've found her classes to be just what I need to build up confidence in my speaking abilities and gradually move away from "Portunhol." I highly recommend her.

Yanna is a fantastic Portuguese teacher. She is very professional, kind, fun and easy to talk to. She makes each lesson very enjoyable. I am learning a lot by simply talking naturally with her each class. Yanna is awesome! Muito obrigada!

A professora Yanna orienta e explica a aula de forma interativa por meio de material visual, além de revisar as tarefas e permitir que eu, como alunoa dela , me desenvolva fazendo perguntas, aprendendo novo vocabulário, e também permite que eu me torne mais confiante e me corrige quando falo ou escrevo algo errado. O horário é muito flexível para minhas necessidades.
