Chiaki

There are so many teachers on this platform. Before you book a lesson, you'd usually check out their intro videos and comments. As someone who has completed over 400 lessons and interacted with 50+ Japanese teachers here, I've found Chiaki to be unparalleled. After taking over 100 lessons with her, I appreciate how she maintains engagement, continuously correcting errors and improving pronunciation, while offering insights into natural speech. She provides advice on daily Japanese issues, like finding a suitable house or understanding child care in Japan, which is invaluable for foreigners planning to reside there long-term. My Japanese fluency has significantly improved in both daily and work environments, making my experience with Chiaki immensely satisfying.

Chiaki is a great teacher who helps me a lot with my Japanese! She is very knowledgeable in teaching others and has many methods of teaching, from speaking to reading and so on. I enjoy every listen with Chiaki and I hope to learn with her for a long time!

We talked about riding bicycles and how now it is illegal to ride two up like the school dramas show. We also talked about extreme differences in weather and price.
