Hello everyone. I'm a Japanese teacher from Sapporo. I’ve lived in Sapporo, Tokyo, Osaka, and Mexico, and have worked in a variety of fields. I chose Japanese teaching as the final career of my life, and I now have over 10 years of experience.
I returned to Sapporo in 2020 and have been teaching Japanese on italki ever since. I enjoy talking about many different topics with students from all over the world. Language learning has changed over time, especially with the rapid development of AI, but I believe that human-to-human communication is essential.
My current hobbies are flower arranging and writing short stories for Japanese learners. And of course, traveling is my greatest passion.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I completed a 420-hour Japanese teacher training program in 2014, and since then I have gained extensive experience teaching at language schools in Mexico and Japan, as well as online.
In recent years, more people have started learning Japanese for fun, and as someone who used to be a “Spanish-language nerd,” I completely understand that feeling. Studying English grammar has also helped me understand the challenges of Japanese deeply.
I love sharing my passion for language learning and supporting my students’ progress. I’ve met many wonderful learners on italki, and those experiences make me believe we can create lessons truly tailored to your needs as we get to know each other over time. บทเรียนและรูปแบบการสอนของฉัน
I recommend using a textbook to study Japanese grammar systematically, and I also use my own teaching materials with illustrations for the beginner level. The conversation practice course is open to all levels and the goal is to have a natural and real conversation.
Basically, I use Japanese in classes as the direct method, ※ but if you are a Spanish speaker, and you are a complete beginner, I will be able to support you in Spanish.
日本語文法を体系的に学ぶには教科書を使うことをお勧めしますが、初級レベルではイラスト入りの自作教材も使用します。 会話練習コースはどのレベルの方もOKで、自然な本物の会話をすることが目標です。
基本的に、授業は日本語だけを使う直接法ですが、※スペイン語話者で初心者の方はスペイン語でサポートさせていただきます。

I really like my lessons with Oyeko Sensei. It's really easy to have a conversation with her, and when she is explaining new grammar or vocabulary, she explains with easy examples and relatable situations. She is also very patient.
