Vanessa is an exceptional teacher and continues to exceed my expectations with every lesson. She constantly comes up with interesting, varied topics that make each session feel fresh and enjoyable, and her natural ability to keep conversations flowing means I’m always engaged and learning without even realising how much progress I’m making. She has a wonderful way of making me feel comfortable, even when I’m struggling to find the right words. Her patience is remarkable. She gives me all the time I need to think, try, and try again, never making me feel rushed or self‑conscious. When I do need help, she steps in with exactly the right level of support, keeping the conversation moving while still allowing me to learn independently. After every lesson with Vanessa, I walk away feeling accomplished, encouraged, and genuinely excited for the next session. She has made a huge difference to my confidence, and learning with her has become one of the highlights of my week.
