지은 Jieun

Jieun is on another level. I think she's now my favorite teacher I've ever had. The lessons are comfortable and informative. She seems to know exactly when to let me try to get though stuff on my own or when to step in and help. Each lesson is the highlight of my week and now my son takes lessons from her too. You won't find a better Korean teacher out there in my opinion!

Today we started talking about directions, and asking how to get somewhere. It was helpful to be able to use where I live as an example to explain where I usually go and how I get there. Jieun easily helps reinforce all that you learn in a such a gentle way that it doesn’t feel like a hard class, but learning with a good friend -even when we use a textbook! Class is always fun and lively, and I learn a lot every time!

Jieun is a wonderful teacher and I feel lucky to have started lessons with her! :) She is kind and patient as I make mistakes. I enjoy learning with her, and look forward to our next lesson!

She's an amazing Korean teacher! She explains everything very clearly and she always encourages me to try.

Jieun gives me enough time to figure things out on my own and I can feel my confidence growing more with each lesson. I never feel afraid to mess up in front of her. Highly recommend!
