Coffi Paris

As you can see, I have taken many lessons with Coffi over the last few years. He understands the challenges language-learners face because he’s learning English himself. I have had many teachers that make promises, but Coffi is the only one that supplies me with materials before each lesson so we have something to discuss every time. Sometimes this material is very challenging, but that’s the point — and Coffi never lets me take short cuts or lowers his standards. I truly value his help and the impact he has had on me over the years.

Coffi is an excellent teacher. I have had several teachers before meeting him on italki. I have to say that he is by far the best french teacher I've ever had. He just exhibits all the qualities you seek in a language tutor : a depth of knowledge, a friendly and energetic disposition, and the ability to encourage and correct students in a natural way. He provides detailed notes in every single session and with Coffi one always feels as though the time passes quickly, as if you were speaking to a friend. My advice : book a lesson with him now. You will not regret it.

Coffi is great! I always feel encouraged at the end of the lesson. And we always laugh... he has a great sense of humor.

Coffi is the best! We work on literally everything including exam preparation, vocabulary, role playing, conversation on various topics, pronunciation, and reading comprehension among other things. He’s always prepared for whatever class that I’ve requested and extremely accommodating to all of my requests. I highly recommend him if you want to improve your French!

Another great lesson with Coffi. I feel I am really gaining confidence with each lesson thanks to his amazing balance of supporting and stretching.

This lesson was very enjoyable and beneficial as all the classes are with Coffi. This time we completed a "sondage" to determine if I am an optimist about the future or a pessimist. It was a good way to discuss a broad range of topics. Coffi is gentle and consistent with his corrections of my language as well as being generous in sharing his own perspectives and experiences. It feels like a genuine, and intersting conversation, not just a chance for me to speak. Bravo Coffi. Tu es top.
