Shoko is just awesome. She's so personable and nice and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you get to fully grasp and practice a concept before you move on. Truly a top tier teacher on italki!!!

I’ve had a few lessons and I already feel confident and motivated. Shoko 先生 always takes the time to make sure I understand everything and answers my questions thoroughly. I have been taking lessons with Shoko-san for 4 years now. She is a welcoming and friendly teacher, who always encourages me to do my best in Japanese. She has helped me pass the JLPT from N5 to N3, and now we have started to study towards N2 together. Talking with Shoko-san in each lesson is very fun, and we talk about a range of topics so it never gets boring!
