Hi everyone! My name is Monika. I’m a 27-year-old native Lithuanian speaker currently living in Switzerland. I consider myself a global citizen, so travelling and learning about other cultures are some of my greatest sources of inspiration and joy. I’m an avid reader, and my passion for Lithuanian has grown since childhood, as I constantly immersed myself in books. I’m also fond of cinema, meditation and yoga.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I studied linguistics and literature at Vilnius university and I’m holding a Bachelors degree in Lithuanian Philology and a Masters degree in Literature. Thanks to my professional background, I have lots of knowledge about the Lithuanian language and how to learn it effectively. As a person who’s learning a new language myself, I’m familiar with the challenges of learning. I’m prepared to teach Lithuanian from beginner to advanced level. In terms of the style of the class, I’m always flexible. The student can choose a lesson style that suits their needs the best – we can have a structured lesson following textbooks and using my own tailored presentation slides, and or an open conversation-based lesson about general or specific topics. My teaching material includes online articles, PDFs and images introducing the vocabulary and grammar. I can also give homework and provide self-study resources for students’ learning outside the classes. I’m looking forward to helping my students to achieve their goals!สื่อการสอนของฉัน

Monika is the best teacher on italki! OK, I don't have all the data to support this claim, but I have such a fantastic time working with her. Monika specializes her lessons for my interests, so I really feel fully engaged and excited for each time we meet. She is always so encouraging and positive, which makes my progress feel celebrated and encouraged. Her visual materials are very thoughtfully put together and are a great aid to my learning. We proceed at a manageable pace each lesson, and we practice an effective mix of activities, making our hour's class fly by. I absolutely recommend her as your Lithuanian teacher if you want a fun and well-organized learning experience!

When I started studying with Monika I had 2 weeks left until my Lithuanian exam. She prepared me super good, did dynamic classes and she focused on the style of questions from the exam. After 2 weeks everything went good. I passed the exam and learned a lot during the process. I would recommend Monika to anyone who would like to prepare for an exam or learn from 0 Lithuania or if you have some knowledge already and you want to improve. Thanks Monika!
