Hi! 안녕하세요 :) I'm Jean, your future Korean teacher!
I’m from Seoul, South Korea — but originally from the Jeolla region, where the mountains are beautiful and people speak warmly (don’t worry, I don’t use dialects much!).
I love hiking, planning (yes, I’m that person who color-codes her schedule📒), watching all kinds of media, and chatting with people from different cultures.
I studied psychology and have lived in Japan, the US, and France — so I understand how exciting (and sometimes challenging) it can be to learn a new language.

I currently work as a content editor at an education company, writing every day.
In the past, I’ve worked as a psychological counselor, barista, and math teacher.
Through these many experiences, I discovered what truly drives me:

I’ve been teaching Korean for over 5 years now — and I keep coming back to it with joy and dedication.
Language, to me, is more than just words.
