I started teaching in 2021 and currently live in Colombia, South America. My unique background—playing guitar in a band, backpacking through 25 countries, and being an italki student myself—has shaped my flexible, empathetic teaching style.

I get so much practice and learning during every lesson. Even afterwards, thanks to the advice I get, I always have something to focus on between classes. I appreciate the effort it takes to not only point out my errors, but to create a lesson around them, then practice all the different ways that grammar is used

Keisuke is the best Japanese language teacher I could ever have. He is incredibly patient, explains things clearly and always gives useful tips to help you improve. Right now, he's helping me with all aspects of the language (grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing conversation even if is not a lower level), and I'm truly happy to have met him. I’ve been studying with Keisuke-Sensei for two years now through iTalki and Zoom, and he’s been instrumental in my progress. Each time I visit Japan, my in-laws are amazed at how much my Japanese has improved since the last trip. Today's lesson was very good. We reviewed things and I realized which things I thought I knew better than I actually do and so will study katakana again. Keisuke-sensei was patient with me and and found a good place to start from again in the Irodori book. ありがとうございます
