I was born in Detroit and raised in a very large family. Although I one day hope to become a doctor, I've always had a passion for teaching and learning foreign languages.

I am a passionate and patient teacher who's full of energy. I prefer to teach casually and help you learn in a context that's most relevant to what you'll need in your daily life rather than by teaching from a textbook. If you do have a preferred teaching method, I'm always willing to adapt, though I generally prefer a more relaxed teaching style.

Ashtyn is an outstanding, excellent, amazing, open-minded, flexible, helpful, very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, humorous and lovely tutor and girl.
