In terms of improvement, more time could be allocated to individual speaking exercises, providing more opportunity for every participant to practice. I had an excellent class with Emanuel. He understood my objectives and expectations immediately and addressed our class based on them. I've taken other classes where I explained my objectives; however other teachers converted a conversation class into a listening class where the student only hears stories for 60 minutes. 因为第一次使用该软件，预约老师后他跟我说家里有事要处理，然后达成一致等课程结束退还点数，因为我的失误等待课程时间完成后我按了确认，他说我按了确认钱就退不了，跟我协商后确认周三晚6点在微信给我补回一节课，但联系也联系不上，钱也不给我退，课也不给我补，体验感很差，我可能不会用这个软件了，老师时间经常爽约，那预约时间有什么意义?
