Signe Salbæk

Signe was the first italki teacher that I tried and I really liked her from the start. She really adapted to my needs, is patient, easy to talk with and had a lot of resources for me to do/listen to outside of our classes. I’ve now completed around 20 classes with her and I’m still really happy with her. I genuinely enjoy our classes because she’s so easy to talk to that I feel like I’m just speaking to a friend and we speak about everyday things that I’d also want to speak about with others outside of class. I would definitely recommend her! 😊

Signe helped me through my PD3 (B2) and Studieprøve (C1) exams! I passed both with best grade and I would not have been able to do so if not for her support and help! She is very attentive to my mistakes, explains very well the small details and knows how to research if she might not no an answer right away (but will come back to me and explain it at a later point.) I am always having fun chatting with her and can recommend her highly for both: exam preperation and fun lessons without a specific goal :) Thank you, Signe!

Signe was patient and had a practical method for teaching the basics of Danish pronunciation in a conversational setting. She provided solid feedback and pointed me to a podcast where I could learn more Danish pronunciation.

Signe is very good at explaining how Danish sounds work and how to produce them!
