I have four years experience teaching English, with a focus on conversational English classes for study, travel, or work or just for chatting with others. I have experience working with all age groups. I know how to provide a relaxed and welcoming learning environment. You will make mistakes, that is part of learning, and you need to feel comfortable doing so. I focus on speaking within my classes to enable you to become more confident in spoken English. In my experience this is key to learning a language. It encourages fluency and also highlights gaps in grammar and other areas that need improvement. I use a wide variety of materials and topics and work hard to make my classes interesting. Each lesson is tailored to each student's specific needs and interests and is fun!5.0

I’ve been taking lessons with Becci every week since June, and I look forward to seeing her each time. Becci is incredibly kind, always attentive, gentle, and encouraging. I immediately felt comfortable with her. For me, there’s no better environment to make progress.
It took me a little while to write a review because it’s not something I usually do, but I really wanted to express my gratitude today. And above all, to encourage anyone who feels a bit shy or hesitant, as I once did, to take the leap and start this journey with Becci. You’ll feel truly heard and valued, and you won’t be able to resist the fascinating conversations she sparks.

I had a last-minute need for help, and Becci was incredibly kind and flexible in finding time for a lesson. Despite the short notice, she was fully available and supported me with great professionalism and care. She helped me immensely with my assignment and made everything feel more manageable. Becci is an outstanding English teacher and truly a lifesaver for me. I had to submit two important assignments and Becci helped me review and refine them, even at a late hour.
