I cater my lessons to the specific needs of every student. I understand that students are unique and thus have different learning objectives. I am fun, enthusiastic and always have a positive outlook and expectation on my student's performance. I encourage and motivate learners to reach their learning goals. I am able to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced English. I ensure to listen to my students needs and give them as much opportunity as possible to speak and learn the English language. My lessons are planned in advance to have a structure. I plan the objectives that will be covered in the lesson time. My teaching style has a good balance of being informal and formal. My goal for every lesson is to ensure that the student meets their learning objectives. I always want to ensure that the lesson outcome is clear so that I can plan the class activities around the overall structure. Planning for different educational activities to keep my students engaged is important to me.
