When Brian talks about an “outcomes-based approach,” he really means it and walks the talk. He asked me what I wanted to achieve even before our first lesson — in the italki chat. I needed to prepare for an important meeting after more than ten years without any substantial conversation in English, and I had just one month to rebuild my rusty skills. Our lessons felt like casual conversations between two businesspeople exchanging stories, but they were carefully planned with a clear goal — restoring my confidence and fluency in business conversations in English. Although Brian’s professional experience differs from mine, he could discuss the topics I brought up as if we worked together.
