Recomiendo a Joan como profesor. ¿Por qué? Porque me está ayudando a entender la gramática, hablamos tanto en inglés como en español. Antes, cuando tenía profesores que insistían en hablar solo en español, no los entendía. Sus clases se adaptan a mi nivel y son interesantes y útiles. Además, me da consejos sobre cómo se habla español de verdad en España, no solo como se ve en los libros de texto o en clase. Creo que algún día podré dejar de estudiar, quizá el año que viene, y centrarme solo en hablar, lo cual es fantástico. ¡Muchas gracias, Joan!

Joan is a super kind and dedicated teacher who puts a lot of effort into every lesson! He has been helping me prepare for my mock oral exam and even though he wasn't familiar with the exam format and content, he prepared examples and vocabulary for each topic as well as correcting my prepared responses and answering any questions I had. This was also my first time trying online language lessons so I was quite nervous but his friendly and open nature made me feel at ease :)) I would definitely recommend him to anyone - ¡gracias por todo Joan!

Joan is a great teacher. He's patient and explains concepts clearly. We're hoping to move off A2 and into intermediate with him and I feel certain we will! Best italki teacher we've had yet.

The classes with Joan are enjoyable and informative. His accent is neutral and he is good to understand. Additionally, the lessons are prepared and he will guide you step by step. Nonetheless, when you are curious about something you can bring up topics of your own as well. And you will increase your vocabulary every lesson.
