Hi there, my Chinese name is Jiaying; Jia means family, and Ying means stamen; you can also call me Leah. I graduated from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering. So far, I have been teaching Chinese for over two and a half years. I hold the national Putonghua second-class A certificate, the middle school English teacher qualification cert, CET-6, and the CTCSOL. Before I became a teacher, I worked for two international companies. I can speak English, which can help us communicate more efficiently. I very much liked my first lesson with Jiaying! She was really motivated and friendly, and the class was fun and comfortable. She also made sure to understand my previous learning experience and study goals and is tailoring me an individual studying plan accordingly.

Jiaying is a very nice teacher. She gives a lot of examples and tries to adapt to your language level!
We had some technical difficulties, so she simply made the lesson longer, which I very appreciate. Can recommend for sure!

Today was another great lesson with Leah. We did have internet connection issue but overall it was good. I learn more pinyin today and the pronunciation. I had a fun time and enjoy today lesson.
