I'm an professional English teacher (5+ years) currently living in Japan. I'm originally from the US. I really enjoy helping people of all levels meet their English goals!
In the US, my hobbies were beekeeping and gardening. I love hiking, jogging, reading, and studying Japanese.
In grad school, I taught writing/composition classes for undergraduate students. I taught online ESL lessons for a few years before moving to Japan to work as an English Instructor.
Certified JLPT N2 level (business level) in Japanese proficiency.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I currently work at an International Kindergarten in Sapporo, Japan, but I have taught all ages and levels from preschool age to adult in person, as well as online. I have 5+ years teaching experience as an online ESL teacher, as an English conversation school instructor, and as an undergraduate writing instructor.
Qualifications:
-BA in English
-MFA in Creative Writing
-English Conversation School Instructor in Japan (1.5 years)
-120 hour Advanced TEFL certificate
-more than 1,500 hours of online one-on-one ESL classes
-experience teaching English composition classes (Writing & Rhetoric classes and Creative Writing classes) to undergraduate students at a university (2 years)

I took 3 lessons to improve my writing skill. She can correct by Japanese if it's needed, so it's really helpful for me. Really kind and helpful teacher. I can understand my weak points from her advise.
