Prozesse lassen sich viel leichter verstehen, wenn man sie selbst präsentiert. Eine Fremdsprache zu sprechen kann anfangs unangenehm, vielleicht sogar peinlich sein. Es braucht Zeit, um die richtigen Worte in der richtigen Reihenfolge zu finden. Doch durch viel Übung in einer entspannten Atmosphäre fällt es später viel leichter, mit fremden Personen zu sprechen.
