Today, I am going to go to a coffee shop in Shimokitazawa with my friends from high school. I want to drink delicious coffee and eat some cake there. Recently, I really enjoy visiting different coffee shops. My favorite places are old-fashioned coffee shops because they have a nice and relaxing place. I like their retro style, and I enjoy spending time there. After that, we are going to eat hamburgers in Shimokitazawa. I like hamburgers, so I am looking forward to lunch. These days, the weather is getting cooler, and I am happy because I do not like very hot weather. After eating, we are going to sit in a park and talk for a while. I want to enjoy the cool weather and have a good time with my friends before going home.

I came across an online article that mineral resources in the moon worth dozens of billion dollars. I would like to share some of the key points here. The article stated that mining mineral resources in the moon without limit could have negative impact on an academic research even though they worth dozens of billion dollars. The moon can have future energy sources and rare minerals and some of them barely exist in the Earth. However, there are many technical and legal challenges to make an extraction of mineral resources in the moon happen. The underground in the moon includes the following important resources. 1)Water(Ice): They could be used as drinking water and fuel for future space stations and moon bases 2)Rare earth: They are essential for smartphones and EV's batteries. 3)Helium3: They could be used for future nuclear fusion generation and exist more than the Earth. The technologies below have been attracting a lot of attention. A)Robot mining technology: Auto-extraction of resources in the moon surface by robots with AI. B)3D printer technology: Construction of moon bases by minded resources C)Unmanned probe: Remote operation for wide-range investigation On the other hand, mining in the moon could have harmful effect on radio observation, terrain change and so on. The international law for moon's resource development hasn't been built yet. There are "the Outer Space Treaty" and "the Artemis Accords" as current main framework, but their legal binding forces are not enough. Under the circumstances, the most concern is that whose resources in the moon are. That's why we need to make the rule for that in the future. I really hope all countries in the world cooperate and help each other with those issues.

Today, I worked at my part-time job for six hours. I was tired, so I bought a chocolate mint cake at a convenience store for myself. It was cheap and very delicious.Recently, I like chocolate mint sweets. I like a stronger mint taste than chocolate taste. The cake I bought today had a strong mint taste, so it was very good. I want to eat it again.

Today was the day the winners for the concert tickets were announced. I was very happy because I won the ticket lottery. I had been feeling nervous all day while waiting for the result, so I was really relieved when I found out that I had been selected. Now I am even more excited to attend the live concert and make wonderful memories.

I keep thinking that there is absolutely no place to relax or focus at my university. The library is connected to the first floor, so during lunch breaks, you can hear people chatting. Because of that, I go into the designated "silent room," but there is always someone typing incredibly loudly on their computer. I really wish they would stop. The university needs to tighten the rules so students can actually focus on what they are supposed to be doing.

Today, I went to work at my part-time job. During lunch, there were many customers with children, so it was very busy and hard. However, I was happy because everyone said the food was delicious and enjoyed their meals‼︎ After I got home from work, I did the laundry. Then, I talked with my friend on the phone. Before I knew it, we had been talking for six hours! I have a lot of plans this week, so I want to enjoy them and do my best⭐️

Therapist Dilemma: How do you check client discomfort during deep tissue or Gua Sha? 🩹🧘‍♂️ When working with foreign clients, using generic questions like "Is it okay?" isn't enough. Clients might suffer in silence because they don't know how to describe what they are feeling in English. The Solution: The 1–10 Pain Scale & Comfort Framing Use these exact clinical phrases during your next treatment session: 🔹 Setting the boundary before starting: "We’re looking for a 'good hurt'—meaning therapeutic pressure, not sharp pain." 🔹 Checking in real-time: "On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is unbearable, where are we sitting right now?" 🔹 Guiding breath during intense work (Tok Sen / Cupping): "Take a deep breath in... and exhale as I release the fascial restriction." 🔹 Reassuring client concern: "The redness you see is a normal hyperemic reaction—it just means blood flow is returning to the tissue." ❓ Question for practitioners: How do you usually ask your clients to rate their pain during a session? Drop your phrase below! 👇

Today, I went to my relative’s wedding. It was different from the weddings I had been to before. We played many games, such as a treasure hunt and a quiz, so it was a lot of fun. Before the wedding started, an American man named Chris showed us some card magic. It was a very fun and playful wedding. The food was all delicious. My favorite dish was the steak with foie gras and truffle. There was also a dessert buffet, so I could choose and eat as many desserts as I wanted. I was very happy. Near the end of the wedding, a video of the groom’s father was shown. He had passed away a little while ago. It had been a long time since we had seen his face, and everyone, including me, cried. I thought he was probably watching over everyone from heaven. Everyone looked so happy at the wedding. Someday, I hope I can have a happy wedding like this, where everyone has a wonderful time.
