저는 전통 음식을 조금 더 현대적인 감각으로 풀어내면서도, 본래의 맛과 정체성을 유지하려고 노력하고 있어요. 예를 들어, 비빔밥 같은 경우는 색깔과 재료를 다양하게 조합해서 젊은 사람들도 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 만들고, 전통적인 한정식은 간소화해서 부담 없이 즐길 수 있도록 변형하고 있죠.

Ini adalah podcast pertama saya di Italki. Saya lumayan gugup atau “deg-degan”. Kalian tahu arti kata “deg-degan”? Di Bahasa Jepang artinya “どきどき、緊張する”、di Bahasa Inggris artinya “nervous”. 
Saya pikir kalian juga pernah merasa gugup atau deg-degan waktu berbicara di depan orang banyak. Kalau kalian deg-degan, biasanya kalian melakukan apa? Hmm.. kalau saya, bolak-balik ke toilet ^^;  “Bolak-balik” ini juga ekspresi ya, di Bahasa Jepang artinya “行ったり来たり” , di Bahasa Inggris artinya “back and forth”.
