La Tarasca es una criatura mitológica que se menciona en los relatos del Caribe colombiano, especialmente en la región de los Montes de María. Se describe como una especie de dragón o serpiente gigante con un apetito voraz. Según la leyenda, la Tarasca vive en las cuevas de las montañas y sale en busca de animales o incluso personas para devorar.

A menudo, los lugareños escuchan su rugido aterrador en las noches de tormenta, cuando baja de las montañas en busca de presas. Se dice que es casi imposible escapar de la Tarasca, ya que es muy rápida y fuerte. Sin embargo, hay quienes creen que la única forma de derrotarla es encontrando su corazón, que está escondido fuera de su cuerpo, en algún lugar del bosque.

Los ancianos de los pueblos cercanos cuentan que cada ciertos años alguien logra herir a la Tarasca, pero nunca se ha confirmado si la criatura puede ser destruida por completo.

Q:Hello, Mr. Ma! As far as I know, you started as a teacher. May I ask what made you decide to change and create your own business? And then, what was a success in your opinion?

Ma: I realized that all the things I taught are coming from books. Then I made a decision. I was going to spend ten years building a business and then go back to school to teach. I believe that I will be more popular with students, this is my initial idea. Second, I am trying to prove one thing, if Jack Ma can succeed, 80% of young people in China can succeed. You shouldn't take Bill Gates or Li Ka-Shing as your role model, they are legendary entrepreneurs, and you can’t copy the way they succeed. If you are just starting to open a store or a restaurant, your example is the restaurants across the street. Why do they have so long queues at the door, while there are more waiters than customers in our restaurant? They are the ones you need to learn from bit by bit. 今天想和大家聊一聊和“房子”有关的词。
我们一般说一套房子，房子里面有几个房间。一房一厅或者一室一厅指的是：一个房子里面有一个卧室和一个客厅。 那两房一厅就是指有两个卧室了。只有一个房间，没有客厅的那种房子我们叫单间。
去住酒店的时候，有几种酒店房型可以选择。单人房，里面有一张单人床，一般只能住一个人。大床房：里面有一张大床，适合两个人一起睡。双人房：有两张单人床，适合两个人住。套房：有两个以上的房间，带有一个客厅，当然还有卫生间、厨房等，适合一家人出游的时候住。商务房：一般带有两张单人床或者一张大床，适合出差的商务人员居住。
我们经常说的real estate，中文叫做房地产，包括房产和地产。在中国的一线城市，房价很高，大部分年轻人只能租房。但是对于中国人来说，房子非常重要，特别是结婚的时候，所以买房是大家努力的目标。全款买房几乎是不可能的事，一般是付了首付，然后每个月还房贷。因为房贷的压力很大，我们把买了房然后每个月要还房贷的人叫做“房奴”，房子的奴隶，mortgage slave。
如果你有一个房子出租，那你就是房东。租你的房子的人就是你的租客，或者房客。 
还有一些跟房子有关的词语。病房：生病住院的时候住的房间。例如：她是5号病房的护士。药房：在医院里面拿药的地方。例如：缴费后我去药房取药。厂房：生产产品的地方。 例如：这座厂房的面积是两千平方米。

From checking into hotels under different names to living in homes that can't be seen on Google Maps, rich people work hard to keep others from knowing where they are and where they're going.

But some new data might tell us more about where they've chosen to live and work.

An investment company called Henley & Partners has released data that gives information about the countries the world's millionaires are leaving, and where they're going.

And the company says 2024 will be a big year for millionaire moves, with economic and political uncertainty — including big elections in the UK and the US — encouraging a record 128,000 rich people to move somewhere new.

This information is important, according to the company, because it tells us about the health of a country's economy.

And if you're a millionaire, the UAE is the place to be, with a record 6,700 of them expected to move there this year.

The top destination for the last three years, the UAE is a good place for rich people to look after their wealth, experts say. There's no income tax to pay, and if you're rich, it's easy to get a "golden visa" — which lets people live there for a number of years if they invest money in the country.

After the UAE, the next most popular destination is America, followed by Singapore, Canada and Australia.

China, the world's biggest loser of millionaires, could see more than 15,000 leave the country this year — 10% more than last year — while 9,500 millionaires may leave the UK, and 4,300 are expected to leave India.

However, according to experts, China and India's losses may just be because their successful economies are seeing more and more millionaires being created there, not because of local problems.
