Ho pensato che la meditazione, per tutti gli studenti di italiano che sono incuriositi dal mondo della spiritualità e della crescita personale, possa essere un modo alternativo e incredibile per approcciarsi alla lingua d’apprendimento, in questo caso l’italiana. Potreste stabilire la lingua italiana come la vostra “lingua della meditazione”! Facendo ciò avreste la possibilità di creare un dialogo interiore in italiano, creando una connessione incredibile con questa lingua.
 
Questa puntata è una semplice meditazione guidata dove realizzo: tecniche di respirazione mindfulness, un piccolo scanner corporale, do alcuni consigli su come meditare.

・警察沙汰（けいさつざた） →何か問題を起こし、警察のお世話になること or 警察に迷惑をかけること。 

例）昨日の夜、パーティで騒ぎすぎて、警察沙汰になった。 　 

・大の大人が（だいのおとなが） →大人（おとな）なのにも関わらず　 

例）大の大人が、酔っぱらって、人を殴って、警察沙汰になった。 　　

大の大人が、恥ずかしい。。。。。 

※　この表現は、ネガティブな表現でよく使われます。 　

もう大人（たぶん20歳以上？？）だから、そんなことで、他の人に迷惑かけるな！という意味合いが込められています。
