I use a textbook “TRY! N4" as a reference, but you don't need to look at it to listen.

１）外は寒そうです。
２）明日は天気がよさそうです。　※いい→よさそう
３）きのう高校の時の友だちに会いましたが、とても元気そうでした。
４）このケーキはおいしそうです。
５）この車は高そうです。
６）この車は安そうです。
７）大下さんは忙しそうです。
８）小山さんは暇（ひま）そうです。
９）山田さんのお母さんはやさしそうです。
　　お父さんはきびしそうです。
