Si nos hubieran mentido, estaríamos hablando de 'happycracia', la tiranía de la felicidad. Estar obligados a ser felices y sentirnos culpables si no superamos las dificultades. Lo describen muy bien el psicólogo español Edgar Cabanas y la socióloga israelí Eva Illouz en el libro 'Happycracia': “hoy declarar que no eres feliz es vergonzoso, como si hubiéramos perdido el tiempo o hecho algo mal”.
